The Party Baggers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of packing and delivery. We retain the right to change our pricing and discounts offered at any time and without giving notice. Prices confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction.

Product Description

Images of complete party bags, party bag contents and pass the parcel are for illustration purposes only. Each party bag, party bag item or pass the parcel consists of the contents as described in the text. Many individual items come in an assortment of designs and colour and we select at random so you may not receive the same item as illustrated. Our item descriptions state this where applicable. Where sizes of the products are shown these are intended as a guide.

Product Availability

All items on our website should be in stock. However, if at any time a product is not available we will contact you to arrange a substitution, a new delivery date or a complete refund.

Safety

Please note that no items are suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of these items for the age of the children for whom you are purchasing. Balloons are not recommended for children under 8 years. We do not accept liability for any injury, damage or loss that may occur due to our party bags or contents being given to anyone for whom they were unsuitable.

Ordering and Payment

Simply shop on line by placing the items  you wish to puchase in the shopping trolley by clicking the "add" button. Once you are satisfied you have selected everything you need, proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you would like to pay via the telephone or by cheque please call us on 01905 841902. All goods must be paid before we will post them to you.  Once your payment is successfully processed you will receive an email confirming receipt of payment. When paying by cheque we will wait until the cheque has cleared our bank account before sending the goods on to you.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or transaction, for whatever reason without giving notice, whether or not monies have been paid.

Delivery

Standard delivery is by Royal Mail and can take up to 5 working days to all mainland uk destinations and is a fixed cost of £4.95 per order. The Party Baggers has no control over the Royal Mail and apart from proof of despatch, tracking and guaranteeing delivery dates is not possible.

For urgent orders we operate an Express delivery service, subject to stock availability and order being placed before 11.00am. This carries a delivery charge of £7.95 and guarentees a delivery within 1-2 working days. All Express delivery orders will require a signature on delivery. If there is no one to accept delivery, information enabling you to receive the delivery should be left by the courier or postman.

We are not liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly.

All orders are sent to the address provided by the customer, if the delivery address is incorrect or the customer gives an alternative address to the courier, then the Party Baggers are not liable for any losses.

Loss or Damage in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receipt of our order acceptance, please let us know immediately on 01905 841902 or email. If it should prove to be lost we will reship as soon as possible as long as the loss has been reported within 10 of days ordering. If your shipment arrives damaged please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange for a damaged item or items to be replaced and the return of the damaged goods.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return any part of it for a refund within 7 days of receipt. You must email or telephone us on 01905 841902 before sending the items back stating the reason you are intending to return the goods. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and in the original packaging.The buyer is liable to pay the return delivery costs. We strongly recommend proof of posting as we are unable to make a refund where goods are lost in transit and no proof of postage is supplied. Once received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method.

Privacy Policy

Any information you provide us so that we can satisfy your order and any future orders as efficiently as possible is treated as strictly private. We do not pass on or sell any information to 3rd parties.

About You

You promise that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal right and ability to enter into this agreement and to use any debit or credit card used to purchase products on this website. You promise that the information  you have provided is accurate and true.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any contract arising between you and the Party baggers are governed by English Law.
